Telehealth Support for Veterans

Some of our extended telehealth services are designed to help veterans strengthen and support their claims and appeals through professional medical evidence. These services may include Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQs), Nexus Letters, Rebuttal Letters, MedSummaries, and mental health evaluations, all prepared by licensed clinicians and intended to help clarify medical conditions, severity, and functional impact as part of the claims process.

Not for emergencies. In crisis, call 988, then 1. For medical emergencies, call 911.
