Telehealth Support for Veterans
Some of our extended telehealth services are designed to help veterans strengthen and support their claims and appeals through professional medical evidence. These services may include Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQs), Nexus Letters, Rebuttal Letters, MedSummaries, and mental health evaluations, all prepared by licensed clinicians and intended to help clarify medical conditions, severity, and functional impact as part of the claims process.
Not for emergencies. In crisis, call 988, then 1. For medical emergencies, call 911.
Telehealth and Healthspan
Licensed clinicians provide medical evaluations and documentation designed to help veterans strengthen claims and appeals. Through virtual evaluations and record reviews, clinicians assess medical history, condition severity, and functional impact, and prepare professional documentation that supports how conditions affect daily life and service-related outcomes.
Virtual Clinical Evaluations
Remote medical evaluations and clinician reviews focused on documenting conditions relevant to claims and appeals.
Medical Evidence + Evaluation Support
Professional medical documentation, including visit notes and forms, prepared by licensed clinicians to help organize and support claims-related evidence.
